Game 1- Sat-Oct 1- -5:07 PM Ryan Howard hit a go-ahead, three-run homer in a five-run sixth inning and Roy Halladay overcame a shaky start and Phillies beat Cardinals 11-6 on Saturday night in the opener of their NL division series.
Game 2- Sun-Oct 2-8:07 PM Allbert Pujols hit a go-ahead single in the seventh inning after Cliff Lee blew a four-run lead, and the Cardinals rallied past Philadelphia 5-4 on Sunday night to even their NL playoff matchup at one game each.
Game 3- Tue-Oct 4--5:07 PM Pinch-hitter Ben Francisco and closer Ryan Madson made their manager's moves look smart, as Phillies held off Cardinals 3-2 on Tuesday for a 2-1 lead in their NL playoff series.
Game 4 Wed-Oct 5--6:07 PM David Freese homered, doubled and drove in four runs as Cardinals defeated nemesis Roy Oswalt and forced a deciding fifth game in their NL playoff series by beating the favored Phillies 5-3 on Wednesday night.
Game 5 Fri-Oct 7--8:37 PM Chris Carpenter tossed a three-hitter to outpitch old pal Roy Halladay in a duel for the ages as Cardinals edged Phillies 1-0 on Friday night in the deciding Game 5 of their NL playoff series.
 

Diamondbacks-Brewers

Game 1- Sat-Oct 1- 2:07 PM Prince Fielder chased Ian Kennedy with a two-out, two-run homer in the seventh inningas Brewers kept winning at home with a 4-1 victory over Diamondbacks in their NL division series opener on Saturday.
Game 2- Sun-Oct 2-4:07 PM Jonathan Lucroy -- "Mr. Squeeze" to his teammates -- drove in the go-ahead run with a bunt and Brewers broke away from Diamondbacks 9-4 Sunday to take a 2-0 lead in their NL division series.
Game 3- Tue-Oct 4--9:37 PM Paul Goldschmidt hit a grand slam and tied a franchise postseason record with five RBIs, Josh Collmenter befuddled Milwaukee batters again as Diamondbacks stayed alive in the NL division series with a 8-1 rout of Brewers on Tuesday night.
Game 4- Wed-Oct 5--9:37 PM Ryan Roberts hit a grand slam, Chris Young had the first two-homer game in Arizona's postseason history as Diamondbacks beat Brewers 10-6 on Wednesday night to force Game 5 in the NL division series.
Game 5 Fri-Oct 7--5:07 PM Nyjer Morgan delivered an RBI single in the 10th inning to beat Diamondbacks 3-2 on Friday in Game 5 to send Brewers to the NL championship series.

Robinson Cano hit a grand slam and drove in six runs, rookie Ivan Nova pitched brilliantly into the ninth inning in an unusual relief appearance and Yankees shook off a 23-hour rain delay to beat  Tigers 9-3 in their suspended playoff opener Saturday night.
Game 2- Sat-Oct 2- -3:07 PM Miguel Cabrera hit a two-run homer in the first off Freddy Garcia and Tigers starter Max Scherzer pitched no-hit ball into the sixth and  Tigers closer Jose Valverde somehow held off the Yankees' furious rain-soaked rally in the ninth inning as Detroit beat Yankees 5-3 on Sunday, evening their best-of-five AL playoff series at one game apiece.
Game 3 Mon-Oct 3-8:37 PM Justin Verlander struck out 11 in eight gritty innings and Jose Valverde stopped a Yankees rally for the second straight night, whiffing Derek Jeter with two on to close out Tigers' 5-4 victory over Yankees on Monday as Tigers took a 2-1 lead in the best-of-five American League playoff, pushing the Yankees to the brink of elimination..
Game 4- Tue-Oct 4-8:37 PM After helping his beleaguered pitcher out of an early jam, Curtis Granderson added another spectacular catch a short while later and A,J, Burnett ended up coming through when Yankees needed him most. New York beat Tigers 10-1 on Tuesday night to send their AL playoff series back to the Bronx for a decisive fifth game.
Game 5- Thur-Oct 6-8:07 PM Don Kelly and Delmon Young hit back-to-back homers in the first inning, then Doug Fister and three relievers spent a tense night trying to protect the lead. They held off the high-powered Yankees -- barely -- and beat New York 3-2 on Thursday in the deciding Game 5 of their AL Division Series
 

Rangers-Rays

Game 1- Fri-Sept 30-5:07 PM

Kelly Shoppach homered twice and drove in five runs and 22-year-old rookie Matt Moore, making only his second major league start pitched two-hit ball and left with a huge lead on Friday as the improbable Rays opened the real playoffs with a 9-0 victory over the defending AL champion Rangers.
Game 2- Sat-Oct 1- 7:07 PM

James Shields cruised through the first three innings on Saturday night, then got himself into all sorts of trouble in the fourth. He wound up leaving without getting an out in the sixth and was tagged for a total of seven runs in an 8-6 loss to Rangers that evened the series at a game each.
Game 3- Mon-Oct 3-5:07 PM Colby Lewis outpitched All-Star David Price, Mike Napoli hit a go-ahead homer as Rangers survived a shaky effort from the bullpen to hold off Rays 4-3 on Monday in Game 3 of their best-of-five playoff.
Game 4- Tue-Oct 4-2:07 PM Adrian Beltre hit three straight home runs as Rangers advanced again to the ALCS , beating Rays 4-3 in Game 4 on Tuesday to win their playoff matchup.
